• Caloundra Central Business Area (Qld): Advice on design concepts for developments and public realm enhancements in the town centre. Work included location and design options for civic facilities, urban design for a multi-level Library complex and integration with a new Town Square.
• South Bank Master Plan Urban Design Study (Qld): Urban Design to improve public areas, access and project site viability. Work included introduction of ‘ Park Lane ’ and squares concept, Urban Design guidelines and contribution to DCP.
• Southport CBD Study and DCP (Qld) : Strategies/policies for the CBD and environs. Policies included in new DCP and key action projects.
• Everton Park Centre (Qld): Structure Plan for expansion of the existing centre to incorporate retail, entertainment, showroom, mixed use and residential development.
• Beenleigh Regional Centre Development Strategy (Qld) : Economic and complementary strategies to promote Beenleigh as the Key Regional Centre in the northern Brisbane-Gold Coast corridor.
• Modbury Regional Centre Strategy Plan (SA) : Assessment of demand for services and growth options for this major regional centre. Products included a Strategy Plan, area-specific Action Plans and a Draft DCP. Royal Australian Planning Institute commendation.
• Carindale Regional Centre Master Plan (Qld) : Urban design and planning for expansion of Carindale Centre including concepts for a new ‘ Main Street ’ and new Town Square with adjacent shops and tavern.
• Coomera Town Centre Urban Design Concepts (Qld) : Transit-oriented plans for major development in the Brisbane-Gold Coast Corridor and detailed urban design concepts for the Town Centre.
• Marion Regional Centre Study (SA) : Review of Regional Centre Zone (including assessment of demand and potential for additional retail, commercial and community activities) and a DCP.
• Kawana Waters Town Centre (Qld): Structure Plan for new Town Centre situated between future public transit corridor and lake.
• Bundilla Village Centre (Qld): Urban Design Master Plan and Code components for a new Village Centre to serve a new lakeside community of 6000 residents at Bundilla (northern part of Kawana Waters).
• Glen Innes/Panmure Urban Renewal Project ( Auckland , NZ): Urban design concepts for renewal of two suburbs including public realm, traffic/access, residential redevelopment and redevelopment of precincts.
• Southport Main Street/Mall Redevelopment (Qld): Design concept for conversion of the Southport Mall back to an attractive ‘main street’ to help revitalise Southport CBD.
• Kings Beach Master Plan, (Qld): Urban Design concepts for extensive enhancement works of foreshore and creation of public parklands and community activity areas.
• Injune Centre Revitalisation Project (Qld): Urban Design strategies to promote economic development and revitalisation of Injune. Highly Commended in the Australia & New Zealand Regional Science Association ‘Regional Development Excellence Awards'
• Beenleigh Regional Centre Town Square – Phase 1, (Qld): Scoping study producing concepts, indicative budgets and draft process/program for construction of a new Square to create a ‘heart’ for Beenleigh Centre.
• Ocean Street, Victor Harbour, (SA) : Design concept for the reconstruction of the traditional ‘main street’ to compliment the character of this historic seaside tourist town. Civic Trust Award.
• Coke Street Mall and Local Parks (SA) : Design of mall and a small square for a new shopping centre, landscape design of Regent Gardens (Civic Trust commendation), Richards Park & Memorial Gardens and Coke Street Park .
• Streetscape Improvements, City of Adelaide , (SA) : Generic streetscape guidelines and concepts for nine major city streets. Civic Trust Award and Concrete Industry Award.
