RWA has worked on a wide range of projects, some recent examples include:

• Kyogle Economic & Community Action Plan “Kyogle Sense of Place” - An intensive Community, Economic & Industry Development Strategy that focused on establishing a shared vision, core values and guiding principles for key stakeholders and established strategies for growth in key industry sectors.
• Townlife Development Program - A state-wide program was implemented to address the decline in small towns and villages across regional NSW. RWA delivered a range of services including community consultation, project management, capacity building, Ministerial correspondence, and program promotion.
• Grafton City Community & Economic Development Strategy – Facilitation and development of a local Community Economic Development Plan for Grafton City .
• Pristine Water Council Community Economic & Locality Planning -– RWA delivered community strategic planning and established shire wide development strategies and implementation plans.
• Mullumbimby Community & Economic Development Strategy - A priority of this project was to allow this diverse community to discover a common vision and formulate action plans to achieve it. Services included revising previous strategic plans and preparing a new community strategy, assisting in establishing the Mullumbimby Marketing Cooperative and marketing strategy and assisting in development of funding applications.
• Brunswick Heads Community & Economic Development Plan - Revision of previous strategic plans, facilitation and preparation of a new community strategy for Brunswick Heads.
• Lismore City Marketing Strategy - Facilitation and development of a marketing strategy for Lismore City to determine the priority areas for expenditure of council’s special levy funds and outcomes to be achieved over a 3 year period.
• Tweed Shire Town Centres Program – RWA was Program Manager for this program. Services included marketing, promotions, events, business development and urban design projects e.g.: community consultation, developing town marketing strategies (Kingscliff, Murwillumbah, Tweed Heads); developing and managing special events and festivals; business marketing and promotion, shopfronts and fit outs; business merchandising display, customer service skills; developing retail centre growth strategies; identifying Urban Design and Public Art projects; official openings and community celebrations.
