Services Fee - Overview
FundAssist is a private firm and charges a services fee. The amount of the services fee, how it is calculated and the timing of payment depends on the specific services involved.

All work is quoted up front so you always know where you stand before you incur any services fee. In fact, we will not even start work until you have agreed to the proposed services and applicable services fee.

The best way to determine the services fee applicable to your project is to contact us about your project and for an obligation free quotation. Once we have considered your project we can recommend service options and can advise you of the applicable services fee.

Services Fee – Grant Funding Applications
For funding applications, the services fee is determined as a percentage of the value of funding being sought (not total project value). A lower percentage rate applies as the amount of funds sought increases. Half of the total services fee is due prior to commencement of your work and half is due after completion.

Discounts apply when:

• The project requires more than one funding application to different funding programs
• You have developed previous funding applications for the project
• Multiple applications are required for different projects

Services Fee - Other Funding Services
Services other than writing funding applications are normally provided at standard hourly rates or on set quotation (calculated at standard hourly rates and an estimate of time required). This generally applies to the following service categories: Funding and Project Planning; Funding Submissions and Project Briefing Notes; Project and Funding Promotion.
