Michelle had first hand experience whilst working for local government, of managing a local volunteer program and ensuring compliance with all OH&S provisions.
Having worked with rural, peri-urban, urban and coastal community groups throughout this time, Michelle has a comprehensive understanding of the diverse NRM issues facing local councils, catchment management authorities, landcare/bushcare groups, farmers/graziers, and rural communities.
